The effective index method is applied to simplify an awg structure from 3d to 2d . two simulation methods are presented in detail based on the gaussian beam propagation formula and the finite difference beam propagation method 文中采用等效折射率方法把三維結(jié)構(gòu)簡化為二維結(jié)構(gòu),然后分別基于高斯光束的傳播和有限差分光束傳播方法(fd-bpm),給出了兩種對(duì)整個(gè)awg進(jìn)行全局模擬的具體方法。
